The College is looking for multiple GCSE English Teacher to join their curriculum team from September 2026. The successful GCSE English Teacher will deliver engaging GCSE English lessons to learners from a variety of educational backgrounds, monitor student progress, provide high-quality academic support and contribute to curriculum development while maintaining excellent standards of teaching, safeguarding and learner achievement.

The successful GCSE English Teacher will have:

• QTS, PGCE or a recognised teaching qualification, or be willing to work towards one
• A degree or relevant qualification in English or a related subject
• Experience teaching GCSE English, ideally within Further Education or Secondary Education
• Excellent classroom management, communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion
• A positive, professional and student-focused approach to teaching and learning
