Warehouse Administrator - Lichfield

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our well-established client based in Lichfield, Staffordshire.

This role would be ideal for candidates with experience as an Administrator,  Administration Assistant or Warehouse Administrator.

Rates of Pay:

• £12.90 per hour
• Weekly pay

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am to 5:00pm

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Warehouse Administrator are:

• Manage all customer orders for dispatch to the required service levels
• Ensure all customer receipts are processed and administered within agreed timelines
• Record and report all damages and stock adjustments to customers
• Manage customer collections in line with required service levels
• Monitor processes to ensure customer accuracy and compliance
• Adhere to all site rules and Health & Safety requirements
• Manage customer archiving to maintain accurate audit records
• Maintain accurate administration records and customer documentation

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Warehouse Administrator, you will need:

• Previous administration experience within a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment
• Team leadership experience
• Operational knowledge and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using SAP, Oracle, DLX, or similar systems
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
