Milk Education is more than a supply partner, we're a community for educators. Join us and gain access to training, personal development opportunities and ongoing support. We're currently recruiting for a Behaviour Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school on a long-term basis starting in September. This role offers the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff following a successful probationary period.
The school supports children and young people aged 5–16 with a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Many pupils display behaviours that challenge due to difficulties with emotional regulation, communication and past experiences. The school also supports pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), including those with diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and ADHD. You will play an important role in helping pupils develop emotional regulation strategies, make positive choices and build the confidence and resilience needed to achieve success both in school and beyond.
