TeacherActive is proud to be working with a friendly and welcoming mainstream Primary School in Middlesbrough, who are looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. The school provides a supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their best, and staff are valued as an important part of the wider school community.
The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will work across both KS1 and KS2, supporting class teachers to deliver engaging lessons, providing one-to-one and small group interventions, and helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent • Experience supporting children within a UK primary school • Experience working across KS1 and KS2 • Strong communication and classroom management skills • A positive, proactive and flexible attitude • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
