£75,000 - £80,000/annum + Car allowance + Excellent benefits
We're working exclusively with an established, multi-site organisation to appoint their next Head of HR. Employing around 350 people across several UK locations, this is a successful independent business with ambitious growth plans and a culture built on trust, long-term relationships and practical leadership. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's people strategy whilst ensuring the culture that has underpinned its success continues to thrive. This is far more than a traditional HR leadership role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being visible across the business, building trusted relationships and helping leaders develop high-performing teams. What will the Head of HR role involve?
