Chief Commercial Officer - up to £140,000 + great package – National – Facilities Management

As Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll take ownership of new business acquisition, major bids, brand strategy, and strategic growth, building a best-in-class commercial engine that consistently delivers results.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, driving significant new business wins and expanding existing accounts across a range of facilities service streams

• Define and deliver a distinctive, insight-led marketing and brand strategy to support growth objectives.
• Secure and deliver high-value, complex contracts, leveraging a strong market reputation
• Identify new sectors and service lines to fuel profitable, sustainable growth
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Sales, Bids, Marketing, and Telesales operation
• Own a substantial sales pipeline and ambitious new business target, using data and insight to drive performance
• Lead and develop an ESG strategy which compliments business growth
