A Michelin Key-awarded boutique hotel in the heart of St Mawes is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join its front-of-house team for the summer season.

Set on the rocks overlooking the water, the hotel offers a relaxed yet luxurious dining experience, with a focus on genuine hospitality, exceptional service, and the very best of Cornish produce.

The award-winning restaurant celebrates seasonal, local ingredients and delivers memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the smooth running of daily restaurant service
• Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
• Delivering friendly, professional, and attentive service
• Ensuring excellent standards of presentation and hospitality
• Supporting training and development of team members
• Working closely with the kitchen team to provide a seamless guest experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience
• A passion for great food, service, and guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• The ability to work well in a busy, seasonal environment
