Food and Beverage Supervisor

Our client based at this historic College in Cambridge is recruiting a Food and Beverage Supervisor for their busy operation.  You will already be working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a hotel, college or restaurant and looking for the next step in your career. T

The role is 37.5 hours a week and is a floor based role. Working days are 5 from 7 on a rota basis with mainly straight shifts.

The Role 

• Working in the cafeteria restaurant and events at the college
• Developing the team 
• Managing and setting up of functions
• Stock Control of Wine Cellar
• Ensuring college areas are clean and well maintained

The Person  -

• Already working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor  in a busy Hotel, college or restaurant
• Hands on and motivated manager - lead by example 
• A team leader and builder 
• An equally good communicator with guests, fellow managers and your team.
