Salaried GP – General Practice (Flexible Sessions Available)

Salary: £10,000–£12,000 per session (DOE) | Permanent | Flexible Working

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join a supportive and forward-thinking training practice within primary care. About the Role

As a Salaried GP, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality general medical services to our patient population. You will be part of a friendly, experienced clinical team working alongside GPs, nurses, clinical pharmacists, trainees, and allied healthcare professionals.

This is a training practice, and we are committed to supporting the development of future clinicians while also supporting the ongoing growth of our current team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality consultations in face-to-face and remote formats
• Manage acute, chronic, and complex presentations within primary care
• Provide continuity of care where appropriate
• Contribute to safeguarding, clinical governance, and quality improvement
• Manage long-term conditions and preventative care
• Review and action test results, correspondence, and clinical tasks
• Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team
• Participate in duty doctor sessions (if applicable and agreed)

Session Structure

• On average, you will see approximately 6 patients per session, allowing for safe, high-quality, and unpressured consultations
• This model supports good clinical decision-making and sustainable workload management

About You

We are looking for a GP who is:

• Fully qualified GP with inclusion on the GMC GP Register
• Committed to delivering safe, patient-centred care
• Confident managing a broad range of clinical presentations
• A strong communicator and team player
• Able to work independently within a supportive team environment
• Interested in continuous professional development
