A highly regarded specialist SEN school in North West London is seeking enthusiastic and committed Teachers to join its expanding team this September. Opportunities are available across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form, allowing successful applicants to teach within the age group that best suits their experience and preference. The school supports autistic pupils aged 4-19, many of whom have additional learning needs, speech, language and communication differences, sensory processing needs and varying levels of learning disability. Every pupil follows an individualised curriculum built around their EHCP outcomes, with a strong emphasis on communication, independence, emotional regulation and preparation for adulthood. Teaching takes place within small classes supported by experienced Teaching Assistants, enabling staff to deliver highly personalised learning and develop meaningful relationships with every pupil.
