What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 in Mathematics
• Delivering small-group interventions and targeted academic support sessions
• Working alongside experienced Maths teachers to develop outstanding classroom practice
• Assisting with lesson planning, assessment and curriculum delivery
• Developing behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
• Progressing towards becoming a fully qualified Maths Teacher

Candidate Requirements

• A degree in Mathematics or a closely related mathematical discipline
• Strong GCSE and A-Level results, particularly in Mathematics
• A consistent academic background demonstrating subject expertise
• Full right to work in the UK
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for education and raising student achievement
• The resilience, professionalism and commitment required to succeed in teaching
