Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance are:

• Pick, transport and store components and products across warehouse locations
• Deliver and receive goods to and from internal departments
• Receive, unload and load goods in and out of the business
• Support regular stock takes throughout the year
• Operate warehouse equipment, including Counterbalance, Flexi, PPT and Order Picker trucks
• Support other departments during quieter periods where required

Systems used as a Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance are:

• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) effectively
• Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation
• Report any discrepancies, damages or stock issues promptly

Compliance & Health & Safety for a Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance are:

• Follow all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements
• Operate equipment safely and in line with training and Safe Working Procedures (SWPs)
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment
• Comply with all regulatory and company requirements

What We’re Looking for as a Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance is:

• A valid, accredited Counterbalance forklift license essential
• A valid Flexi, Bendi, or any Articulated forklift license desirable
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• A strong work ethic and a history of excellent attendance
• Adaptable and positive attitude
• Reliable and hardworking
• Good time keeping

Working Hours as a Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance are:

• Monday- Thursday
• 07:00 – 17:00

The rate of pay as a Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance is:

• £14.00 p/h
