General Labourer – Thurrock, RM20

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a General Labourer – Thurrock, RM20 to join our well-established client based in Thurrock, RM20.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering immediate starts, stable weekday shifts, and ongoing work within a busy warehouse and yard environment.

This role would also suit candidates who have previously worked as a Yard Labourer, Warehouse Operative, General Operative, Loader, Yard Operative, or Industrial Labourer.

Shifts

 • Monday to Friday
 • 08:00am – 15:30pm
 • No weekend working
 • Ongoing full-time work

Rates of Pay

 • £12.71 per hour
 • Weekly Pay

Day-to-Day Duties

As a General Labourer, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

 • Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
 • Moving goods throughout the warehouse and yard areas
 • Preparing stock ready for distribution
 • Carrying out manual handling duties
 • Supporting general yard and warehouse housekeeping duties
 • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
 • Following all health and safety procedures at all times
 • Supporting the wider warehouse and operations team when required
