About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Business lessons that engage, challenge, and inspire students to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will:

• Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons
• Demonstrate strong subject and curriculum knowledge
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Use assessment effectively to drive progress
• Create a positive, safe, and productive learning environment
• Uphold high standards of behaviour and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Business or a related subject
• Qualified Teacher Status (or working towards it)
• A reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for teaching and learning
• The ability to motivate, challenge, and support students of all abilities
