Customer Resolution Agent – Nottingham

Location: Nottingham (NG11).

Salary: £14.55 per hour.

Full Time – Monday to Friday – 37 hours.

Contract: Up to 12^th June 2026 – possibly beyond.

Purpose
To investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently, delivering a high-quality experience while ensuring commitments are met and risks of further dissatisfaction are minimised.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complaints, aiming for first point of contact resolution
• Analyse complex information to identify root causes and make evidence-based decisions
• Follow procedures to investigate, respond, and deliver on customer commitments
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to support timely resolutions
• Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines and service standards
• Maintain accurate records and process compensation in line with guidelines
• Identify trends and lessons to prevent repeat issues

Skills & Experience

• Experience in customer service and complaint handling (preferably in a regulated environment)
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
