Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm 

KPI Recruiting are proud to be working with our long standing client who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Contract Admin to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be…

• Providing administrative and contract support to the wider project coordination and scheduling department
• Communicating closely with clients, engineers and contract managers regarding new and ongoing works
• Scheduling jobs accurately and efficiently, adhering to SLAs
• Navigating the internal system efficiently, ensuring project details and documents are maintained, collating and uploading compliance documentation
• Generating quotations for small works
• uploading work reports for high volume customers

The successful candidate will have…

• Strong communication skills – both written and spoken
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to navigate internal systems and MS Office inc. Excel
• Reliable transport to the Warrington offices daily
