This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to develop within a highly skilled brigade that values craft, consistency, and attention to detail.

This role does provide accommodation, so you must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Staff Accomodation.

Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:

• Background in a multi-rosette or Michelin-level kitchen environment
• Deep appreciation for quality, seasonality, and flavour balance
• Skilled in precise preparation and presentation of refined dishes
• Calm, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury setting
• Team-focused with a collaborative and professional attitude
• Committed to learning, innovation, and continuous improvement

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

• Execute dishes to the highest culinary standards with consistency and care
• Take ownership of a section and ensure smooth service delivery
• Support senior chefs in menu development and creative execution
• Uphold exceptional standards of hygiene, organisation, and mise en place
• Contribute to maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence
• Mentor and guide junior chefs to support their growth within the brigade
