The Role – Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00am–4:00pm), term-time only
• Long-term post with immediate start
• Weekly pay between £530 – £560
• Based in Bolton with convenient transport links
• Work directly within Nursery and Reception
• Support early phonics, language development, and foundational numeracy
• Encourage learning through structured play and creative activities
• Provide focused support for children who need additional guidance
• Interviews taking place immediately

In this Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant position, you will help create an engaging and stimulating learning environment where children feel safe and inspired. You’ll assist with planning activities, preparing classroom resources, and supporting pupils’ social and emotional growth.

The Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers to observe progress, adapt activities, and encourage positive behaviour. You will also gain hands-on experience in early assessment, child development milestones, and effective communication with parents.
