I am on the lookout for an exceptional Bars Manager to lead an exciting new private members’ club opening in King’s Cross. This is a flagship London launch set across two floors, featuring multiple bar environments, a restaurant with private dining rooms, and a vibrant outdoor space.

The Bars Manager Role    

• Lead and launch the bar operation for this landmark new opening 
• Build, train and inspire a high-performing bar team 
• Drive exceptional guest experience and service standards across all bar areas 
• Oversee multi-floor bar operations including restaurant service, PDRs and outdoor space 
• Maintain strong stock control, GP performance and cost management 
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape the identity and success of the venue 
• Be hands-on during service and confident leading late-night operations 
• Ensure licensing compliance and operational excellence at all times 

What We’re Looking For 

• Proven Bars Manager or senior bar leadership experience within luxury or premium London venues 
• Strong background in high-volume, quality-led late-night operations 
• Experience opening venues or leading major launches is highly desirable 
• Deep understanding of bar operations, stock control and financial performance 
• A natural leader who thrives under pressure and leads from the front 
• Passion for hospitality, detail-driven service and guest experience 
• Open and committed to working late nights as part of a dynamic members’ club environment
