Bid Manager – Hybrid (North West) or Remote

We’re working with a large, multi-service facilities organisation to recruit a Bid Manager to join their growing tendering team.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone with bid writing or tender coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercial environment and wants exposure across multiple service lines including cleaning, security and wider FM services.

 

The Role:

  • Managing the end-to-end bid process from opportunity through to submission
  • Writing and coordinating high-quality, compliant bid responses
  • Working with stakeholders across operations, commercial and leadership teams
  • Managing multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously
  • Supporting continuous improvement of bid content and processes

 

What they’re looking for:

  • Experience in bid management, bid writing or tender coordination (FM / services sector preferred)
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive and commercially aware
  • Comfortable using MS Word, Excel and tender portals
