£600 per day

About the Role

A summary of the responsibilities of the post:

• To lead a programme to implement Hackney’s Digital Strategy, ensuring robust and effective programme and project management is in place to support delivery of programme benefits.
• To develop and implement a roadmap for Hackney’s digital transformation.
• To lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams to design, deliver and support digital change.
• To advise and support Work stream leads, Corporate Directors and Directors to enable services to achieve objectives through a ‘digital by design’ approach to transformation.
• To lead and embed cultural change required to support effective digital transformation.
• Deliver, implement and support others to ensure that the Council’s values and practises always meet our objectives for security, financial prudence and transparency, inclusion and sustainability.
