We’re working with a leading hotel group on the launch of an exciting new rooftop destination, opening Summer 2026. With a premium, wet-led focus, this venue will be one of London’s most anticipated opening, a dynamic, high-volume space offering incredible views and year-round appeal. 

The General Manager Role: 
This is a hands-on, commercial leadership role reporting directly into the Hotel General Manager. You’ll oversee the full operation, from pre-opening planning through to launch and ongoing performance. 

• Lead and inspire a team of around 70, including senior managers across bar, restaurant, and kitchen. 

• Develop and implement operational standards, guest experience strategies, and commercial plans. 

• Drive revenue, profitability, and brand growth through exceptional execution and leadership. 

• Oversee menu development, concept refinement, and guest experience initiatives. 

• Deliver a smooth, high-energy service environment and a thriving culture of excellence. 

The Right Candidate: 

• At least 4 years’ experience leading a high-volume, premium venue in London. 

• Strong wet-led background and commercial acumen. 

• Proven record of delivering growth, profitability, and outstanding guest experiences. 

• Hands-on, visible leader who thrives on the floor and inspires their team. 

• Skilled in pre-openings, team development, and operational delivery.
