Recruit4Staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading industrial company in their search for a Junior Fabricator to work in their leading facility in Ellesmere Port.

For the successful Junior Fabricator, our client is offering:

• Up to £14.00 per hour
• Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
• Temp to Perm opportunity
• Overtime paid at x1.5
• Ongoing training

The Role -Junior Fabricator:

• Ability to read Engineering drawings 
• Basic Fabrication work
• Use machinery including press brake, ironworker, bandsaw, guillotine to cut/bend/punch etc various metals
• Basic welding of steel using MIG welding plants
• Ability to make jigs and fixtures to standardise production tasks to ensure quality of output is consistent
• Offer suggestions to improves processes, tasks or products to make them more efficient or make them task safer 
• Be flexible to get involved in some of the other basic processes as and when required and be a good team player to ensure paperwork is correct and complete.
• To comply with all company health and safety, quality and environmental procedures and policies
• Report any low stock items in time to the Site Team Lead
• Willing to support site install teams as and when required

What our client is looking for in an Junior Fabricator:

• Qualifications in Fabrication or Engineering BENIFICIAL 
• Experience in welding BENIFICIAL 
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings ESSENTIAL 
• Be able to work as part of a team ESSENTIAL 
• Good time keeping and positive attitude ESSENTIAL
