Do you enjoy working in energetic, creative settings where play, curiosity and exploration help shape children's earliest learning experiences? Graduate Early Years Practitioner
This welcoming and well-established private nursery in Stoke is passionate about giving young children the best possible start, creating an environment where they feel safe, valued and encouraged to explore the world around them. Its dedicated team understands the importance of early childhood development and works hard to provide enriching experiences that support children's communication, confidence, independence and social skills. With a strong focus on learning through play, individual development and inclusive childcare, the nursery offers an excellent environment for an Early Childhood Studies graduate to put their academic knowledge into practice. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners, develop your understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and become part of a team committed to helping both children and colleagues reach their potential. As a Graduate Early Years Practitioner, you'll work closely with qualified nursery staff to support children's daily routines, learning activities and developmental milestones. Your responsibilities will include helping to organise imaginative play-based experiences, encouraging children to interact and explore, observing their progress and providing additional 1:1 support where needed. You'll play an important part in creating a warm, stimulating atmosphere where every child feels included, confident and supported to develop at their own pace. This opportunity provides an excellent foundation for graduates looking to establish themselves within the Early Years sector. You'll gain practical experience of child development, build confidence in supporting different learning needs and develop a deeper understanding of how young children communicate, socialise and learn. It's an ideal opportunity to complement your university studies with meaningful workplace experience while exploring future pathways in teaching, nursery education, child development or other child-centred professions. Ready to Take the Next Step? If you're an Early Childhood Studies graduate or hold a similar degree and are excited by the opportunity to help young children grow, learn and develop, we'd love to hear from you.
