KPI Education is working with a supportive secondary school in Coventry seeking a Graduate Pastoral & Behaviour Mentor to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for graduates considering careers in teaching, pastoral support, youth work, psychology or SEND, offering practical experience of supporting young people beyond the traditional classroom environment. Help students find their way forwardAs a Graduate Pastoral & Behaviour Mentor, you'll work with students who may need additional guidance with behaviour, attendance, engagement or wider barriers to learning. Your role will be to provide consistent encouragement, help young people recognise their strengths and support them in developing the skills needed to approach school more positively. Previous experience working with young people is desirable, but not essential. Experience gained through mentoring, tutoring, coaching, volunteering, youth work or similar activities would be advantageous. However, we're also interested in graduates who can demonstrate the right attitude, personality and commitment to helping students progress.
