TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school based in Caldicot. The school is looking for a committed Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant who can contribute positively to the classroom environment and support pupils throughout their school day.

The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP. The successful Teaching Assistant will support primary-aged pupils with their learning and development, working alongside the class teacher to provide effective classroom support.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• The ability to speak Welsh
• Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable
• The ability to support pupils effectively within a classroom environment
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to commit to the role on a full-time, long-term basis
