Care Home Manager – Redcar
Salary: £53,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Care Home Manager to join a well-established care home in Redcar.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a home with a strong local reputation, an established team and a positive CQC report.

The role includes:

• Leading and supporting the care team

• Ensuring high standards of person-centred care

• Maintaining CQC and regulatory compliance

• Building positive relationships with residents, families and professionals

• Driving continuous improvement across the home

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous Care Home Management experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Good knowledge of CQC requirements

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care

Salary: £53,000 per annum
