Warehouse Operative - Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, stable shifts, weekly pay and genuine long-term opportunities within a busy warehouse environment.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant and are looking to develop their skills within a warehouse setting.

Rates of Pay:

• £12.80 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday and Tuesday
• 08:00 - 17:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Warehouse Operative are:

• Picking and packing orders
• Using RF scanners
• Preparing and sorting orders ready for dispatch
• Preparing and labelling goods ready for dispatch
• Moving and organising stock within the warehouse

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience using RF scanners
• A basic level of English, both spoken and written
• Good attention to detail
• Reliability and strong timekeeping skills
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive and proactive attitude

Training:

Training provided for a Warehouse Operative:

• Industry-related training
• Ongoing support throughout employment
