Salary: £14.25 - £16.35 per hour

The nursery places learning through play at the heart of its approach, helping children develop their confidence, independence and curiosity during their early years.

The nursery is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner on a temporary basis, with the potential for a longer-term placement for the right Nursery Practitioner. You will support children aged 6 months to 5 years, delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework, promoting positive behaviour and supporting children's communication, social and emotional development, with SEND experience desirable but not essential.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A minimum of 3 months' experience working within a nursery or childcare setting in the UK
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years is desirable but not essential
• A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and learning through play
• Excellent communication and group management skills
• SEND experience is desirable but not essential
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for supporting young children
