TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school in Sheffield who are looking to appoint an ICT Teacher. The school provides a welcoming learning environment for secondary-aged students, with a focus on supporting pupils to develop their knowledge, confidence and academic progress.

The school is looking to take on an ICT Teacher on a full-time basis, starting ASAP. The successful ICT Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging ICT lessons to secondary-aged students, maintaining strong classroom management and supporting pupils to make progress within the subject.

The successful ICT Teacher will have:

• QTS with a relevant ICT or Computing specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching ICT or Computing within a secondary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the secondary ICT curriculum
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
