The school is looking to take on a SEND Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis, supporting pupils with complex needs across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will work alongside teaching staff to support pupils with their learning, development and individual needs throughout the school day.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:
Experience supporting children or young people with complex needs
Experience working with children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
A patient, caring and supportive approach
Strong communication skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A positive and adaptable attitude
