Bolton | Full-Time | £37,000 – £48,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents receive consistently high standards of person-centred care.

You will:

• Lead, support and motivate the care team
• Maintain excellent standards of care and resident wellbeing
• Ensure compliance with CQC and relevant legislation
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, medication and quality assurance
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families
• Support staff recruitment, training, supervision and development
• Monitor and improve standards across the home
• Work closely with the senior management team
• Promote a positive, caring and supportive culture

About You

We are looking for an experienced Residential Care Home Manager who has:

• Proven experience managing an elderly residential care home
• Strong knowledge and understanding of dementia care
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills
• A good understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for person-centred care
• The ability to lead an established team in a supportive and approachable manner
• A nursing qualification would be beneficial but is not essential
