The school is looking to take on a Learning Support Assistant on a long-term, full-time basis within a Key Stage 1 / KS1 class. The successful Learning Support Assistant will provide general classroom support alongside working with small groups of pupils, working closely with the class teacher to support children's learning, engagement and development throughout the school day.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children within a primary school or similar educational setting
• Experience supporting pupils within Key Stage 1 / KS1 is desirable
• Confidence working with small groups of pupils
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and pupil-focused approach to learning
• Adaptability and a willingness to support across the classroom
