The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils during lessons, assist with classroom activities, help manage behaviour and contribute to a positive and productive learning environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children or young people
• Previous experience within a mainstream school is desirable
• The ability to support pupils with a range of classroom activities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A patient and supportive approach to working with children
• A positive, flexible and reliable attitude
