Internal Auditor for 5* Luxury Hotel Resort Batam, Indonesia

Salary: IDR 10,000,000 - IDR 15,000,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join a 5-star luxury hotel resort. The successful candidate will ensure effective internal controls and risk management across our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

-Audit Planning & Execution: Develop and execute risk-based audit plans across hotel operations, finance, and compliance.

-Operational & Financial Audits: Review revenue processes, cost controls, and conduct surprise audits.

-Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to policies and identify operational risks.

-Sustainability Reporting: Review sustainability practices and conduct quality inspections.

-Training & Reporting: Prepare concise audit reports with recommendations and present findings to management.

Key Requirements:

-Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Professional certification (CIA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.

-Experience: 3–6 years in internal/external audit, preferably in hospitality.

-Skills: Strong understanding of hospitality operations, analytical, and excellent communication skills.
