Clinical Lead – Care Home | Leek

£23.81 per hour | £46,429.50 per annum | 37.5 hours per week

As Clinical Lead, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting the nursing and care team, maintaining excellent clinical standards and ensuring our residents receive the highest quality, person-centred care.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Has strong clinical and leadership skills
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding resident-centred care
• Can inspire, motivate and support a dedicated team
• Has experience within a care home or similar clinical setting
