These schools provide supportive learning environments and are looking for enthusiastic staff who can maintain consistency in the classroom while supporting pupils with their learning.

We are looking for Cover Supervisors to work on a temporary, day-to-day basis across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-prepared work and manage classroom behaviour, with no planning or lesson preparation required.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• CACHE Level 2 / Level 3 or a minimum of 6 months' relevant experience
• Experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable
• Confidence managing classes of students aged 11 - 16
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A flexible approach to working across different subjects and year groups
