Digital & CRM Executive | London | £30k | 12 month contract

I am recruiting on behalf of a well known hospitality brand looking for a Digital & CRM Executive to join their London team.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their digital career who wants to learn, take on responsibility and get exposure to lots of different areas.

Despite the title, this is not a specialist CRM role. CRM is around 25% of the position. The rest is a mix of digital operations, menu management, delivery platforms, website updates, campaigns, reporting and partner coordination.

What will you be doing?

You could be supporting an email campaign in the morning, checking digital menus later that day, setting up a promotion, updating an Excel tracker or working with an agency to get a launch live.

You will get exposure to CRM, digital menus, kiosks, online ordering, delivery platforms, website content, reporting, agencies and new launches.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone with around 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, digital operations, ecommerce, hospitality tech or something similar.
• You do not need to be a CRM expert.
• What matters most is that you are organised, positive, proactive and good with detail.
• You should be comfortable managing different tasks at the same time, working with Excel and spotting simple ways to make things work better.
• This could be a really good fit if you enjoy getting things done, like working with different people and want broad digital experience rather than specialising too early.

• Usually 3 days onsite and 2 days from home, some weeks can be 5 days on site
• Some travel between London restaurant locations
