The schools are looking to appoint a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant for a September start on a long-term basis. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of additional needs, working closely with teaching staff to promote engagement, independence and positive learning outcomes across the school day.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• A passion for supporting pupils to reach their full potential
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, proactive and adaptable attitude
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
