Core Group are recruiting a Document Controller for a major new project in Cheltenham, GL51 0TS.

Location: Cheltenham
Rate: £19–£21 per hour, negotiable
Start: Approx. 14th September 2026
Duration: Ongoing contract, potentially up to 7 years

The Role:

  • Manage project documentation throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Control drawings, specifications and project correspondence
  • Maintain document registers, revision histories and transmittals
  • Coordinate document workflows between project teams, subcontractors and clients
  • Issue revised documentation to site teams
  • Monitor approvals and chase outstanding reviews
  • Support project administration and reporting

Requirements: Previous experience as a Document Controller or in a similar construction role.
