TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Secondary school in Worksop to appoint a GCSE Maths Tutor. The college is renowned as a fantastic place to work and has produced some of the country’s leading music and music production talent.

The successful GCSE Maths Tutor will work on a full-time, long-term basis, supporting learners aged 16 to 19. The role will involve planning and delivering engaging GCSE Maths lessons, marking students’ work and preparing learners for their GCSE examinations.

The successful GCSE Maths Tutor will have:

• A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience delivering GCSE Maths to learners aged 16 to 19
• Strong lesson planning and marking skills
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach
