Key Requirements

• Possession of a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least six months’ relevant experience
• Confidence in managing groups of pupils aged 11 to 16 and above
• Ability to promote positive behaviour and maintain pupil engagement
• Flexibility to work across various departments and with different age groups daily
