This place is a bit of a gem. Brilliant food, a great atmosphere and a team that genuinely cares about getting things right – for both their guests and their people.

They’re looking for a strong Assistant General Manager to join the team. Someone who loves being on the floor, knows what great service looks like and can bring the energy, structure and leadership needed in a busy, quality-led restaurant.

The Role

Working closely with a brilliant GM, you’ll be a key part of running the restaurant day to day – leading from the floor, developing the team and making sure standards never slip.

You’ll be:

• Leading a busy front-of-house team and keeping service slick
• Coaching and developing the team, building confidence and creating a strong culture
• Getting involved commercially – P&L, rotas, labour, spend and margins
• Keeping the guest experience front and centre, even when things get busy
• Bringing energy to the floor and setting the tone for the wider team

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as an AGM or GM within a quality, high-volume restaurant – ideally £100k+ weekly turnover
• A background in a business where the food, drinks and service are equally important
• A strong track record of developing and retaining great teams
• Commercial awareness and confidence around the numbers
• High standards, plenty of energy and a genuine love of hospitality
• Someone who is hands-on, visible and enjoys being right in the middle of the operation
