COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN | KAMPALA, UGANDA

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join a leading food service operation in Kampala.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience servicing and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment, with strong experience in cold rooms, freezers, chillers and restaurant refrigeration systems.

Key experience:

-Cold & freezer rooms

-Commercial refrigerators & freezers

-Blast chillers & freezers

-Pizza & salad preparation chillers

-Chef bases & refrigerated counters

-Hoshizaki & Scotsman ice machines

-Compressors, condensers & evaporators

-Refrigerant leak detection, vacuuming & gas charging

-Electrical fault finding & temperature controllers

Requirements:

✔ Technical qualification in Refrigeration/HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or related field

✔ 5+ years’ commercial refrigeration experience

✔ Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills

✔ Restaurant, hotel, supermarket or central kitchen experience preferred

Kampala, Uganda

USD 1,200–1,500/month, depending on experience
