We collaborate with a broad range of schools across Nottinghamshire, providing you with the chance to gain experience in diverse educational settings while selecting assignments that suit your availability.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils within the classroom environment
• Collaborating with class teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Providing one-to-one or small-group support
• Encouraging pupils to stay focused and engaged with their learning
• Assisting children with additional learning needs
• Fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Helping with classroom organisation and learning activities

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a genuine passion for working with children and young people
• Possess previous experience in a school or educational setting
• Are confident, reliable and adaptable
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Are willing to work flexibly across different schools

Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable, though we welcome applications from candidates with a variety of relevant educational experiences.
