£60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus performance-related bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to join a well-established nursing and residential care provider. The organisation delivers high-quality care services across multiple care homes throughout England and Wales.

About You

We are seeking a qualified Home Manager with experience managing a minimum 62-bed care home specialising in dementia and general nursing care. You will have a proven track record of leading teams within a person-centred care environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, a minimum of three years' experience as a Home Manager, and evidence of achieving and maintaining Good CQC ratings within the last three years.

Key Requirements

• RGN/RMN Qualified
• Extensive experience caring for older people
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire teams
• Successful experience managing a healthcare service or care home
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
• Passion for delivering outstanding care
• Positive, motivational leadership style
