The RoleThe practice is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to deliver a high standard of nursing care across a varied patient population. Working alongside experienced GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Healthcare Assistants, Clinical Pharmacists and the wider multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering both routine and chronic disease management services. The post holder will provide evidence-based nursing care, promote health and wellbeing, and contribute to the continued delivery of safe, effective and compassionate primary care services. This role would suit an experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a progressive practice where professional development is encouraged and clinicians are given the time and support to provide outstanding patient care.
