Nursing Home Manager – Falkirk

Salary: £65,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead the turnaround of a nursing home in Falkirk.

We are looking for a confident, resilient, and highly motivated manager with a proven track record of improving service performance, driving compliance, and leading teams to deliver outstanding care.

About You

• Registered Nurse (preferred, where applicable).
• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager.
• Demonstrable success in turning around underperforming services.
• Strong leadership skills with a firm but fair management style.
• Leads by example and is happy to work alongside the team when needed.
• Commercially aware with the ability to improve occupancy, quality, and financial performance.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes.
