The school is committed to delivering a personalised curriculum that enables every pupil to develop academically, socially and emotionally while fostering confidence, independence and a love of learning.

We are looking to appoint an Experienced Primary SEN Lead Teacher on a full-time, permanent basis from September. The successful Experienced Primary SEN Lead Teacher will lead teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils with ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) and a range of additional learning needs, while promoting high standards of teaching, learning, inclusion and pupil wellbeing across the school.

The successful Experienced Primary SEN Lead Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching within a Primary or specialist SEND setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Experience supporting pupils with ASC and additional learning needs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A resilient, adaptable and nurturing approach to teaching and learning.
