We're recruiting a creative Head Chef to lead a premium Business & Industry contract in Central London.

You'll oversee a busy breakfast and lunch operation serving up to 250 covers, with a strong focus on fresh food, retail dining and street food concepts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a chef-led business where creativity is encouraged and work-life balance really exists.

The Role

• Lead a busy fresh food kitchen
• Create seasonal retail menus
• Drive exciting street food concepts
• Manage a small kitchen team
• Control food costs and stock

• Maintain high food quality and standards

About You

• Head Chef experience within Contract Catering or B&I.
• Strong retail and fresh food background.
• Creative, organised and commercially aware.
• Passion for food trends and menu development.
• Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
